This photo was made in low light, after sunset, in a patch of woods behind a busy rest area along I-40 in Tennessee (the Hank Williams/Loretta Lynn rest area on eastbound I-40 near mile marker 131). The original photo was dark, soft & a little noisy. Playing around with it in Adobe Lightroom, I ended up with a soft. saturated image which appears to have some painterly qualities. Photographed with a Panasonic Lumix point-&-shoot camera with a Leica lens.
